Official Rules

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are physically located and residing within the United States at the time of entry, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, who have a valid residential street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), and who satisfy all other eligibility requirements contained herein.

To enter, visit our website and complete the free entry form. Each person may enter one (1) time per day during the sweepstakes period unless otherwise stated. All entries must be received by the end date specified for each individual sweepstakes.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the sweepstakes period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawings are conducted by Publishers Clearing House, whose decisions are final and binding.

Prize details, values, and quantities are specified on each individual sweepstakes page. All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

• Prizes may include cash, vehicles, vacations, and electronics
• Cash alternatives may be available for non-cash prizes
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted
• Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. Winners will be assigned a clearance officer who will guide them through the prize claim process. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and/or publicity release (where permitted by law) within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to complete identity verification before prize fulfillment. This may include providing government-issued identification and proof of address. Verification must be completed within 14 days of request.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Publishers Clearing House, which are final and binding in all respects. Publishers Clearing House reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the sweepstakes.

Personal information collected through this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
